Essay

The present thesis contains results of the theoretical and experimental analysis of the problem of motivation of the teacher's professional qualification. The process-dynamic model of the motivation is elaborated and empiritically tested. It is shown, that the teacher's motivation to raise his professional qualification is the function of some specific factors, such as: the social-psychological situation of the teacher's activity, personal teacher's dispositions, his social-psychological adaptations, the result of his behaviour and activity.
