inspected 287 patients. The object: the development of optimal methods of treatment of patients with vasomotor rhinitis. Methods of investigations: rhinomanometry, olfactometry, rhinocytology, pH of nasal secret. We investigate T and B lymphocytes, Tc and Tx - method by R.V. Petrov and al.; immunoglobulins A, G, M - method by C. Mancini. Practical results: methods of treatment are simple in use and effective in the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis. The innovation is in the improvement of vasomotor rhinitis treatment results and in enlargement of remission period. The field of use is medicine
