Gladka L. The condition of peroxydation of lipids, antioxydational system of defense, exterosecretory function of pancreas, thyroid and adrenal gland in the population of ecologically unfavourable district of Chernivtsi region.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of endocrine glands (thyroid gland, pancreas and adrenal glands) on the territories where people were exposed to influence of different factors, as for example the consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe. Here are presented the seselections of ultrasound criteria of some changes in blood of population from unfavorable regions of Ukraine, their further examination and treatment. It is established that the proceeding of the gastroduodenal zone in the ecologically unfavorable regions obtains the character of the relapsatic process, which hardly responds to treatment, fermental function of the pancreas gland depends on the proceeding of concomitant diseases, but seasonal dependence was not discovered. Functional changes of endocrine glands in the conditions of the chronic stress is characterized by increasing level of thyroid hormones, cortisole with the lowering of the ACTH and TTH level. Screening examination of the thyroid hormones and pancreas glands are represent ed in this work. These examinations were conducted with the help of ultrasonic devices with application of punctional biopsy under control of ultrasound, what makes the discovering of the diseases on the final stages easier. The examination of the population, which was exposed to influence of different factors showed that in the serum of their blood MDA and renovated glutation one can discovered signs of pathological processes and follow their proceeding.
