.The thesis is devoted to the development of appraisement method of bearing capacity of compressed elements and its practical using in design with arbitrary and optimum placing of reinforcements in the sections. The equations have been obtained, the graphics have been done, the methods and algorithms for determination the reinforcements area and the maximum bearing capacity of the sections have been worked out. The results of observed and theoretical investigation have been compared, the design examples of reinforcements sections area by proposed method and norms method have been reduced.
