There have been grounded the trends of improvement and effective management of financial resources, under the conditions of economic system transition, through implementing organisation and methodical basis to form financial resources. The major point in the market economy conditions for most of business enterprises are the problems of their adaptation to the market and their abilities to provide financial stability.
