Galyantych M. Administrative - legal problems of the industrial property protection in Ukraine

The problems of modern and perspective development of a system of administrative and legal protection of industrial property are researched: legal guarantees of the industrial property, the means of improvement of appropriate legal institute in conditions of development of market relations, reaching harmonization of the legislation in a researched sphere are determined. The practical proposals and recommendations concerning improvement of the legislation are formulated in the work it adjusts organization and activity of organs realizing protection of the industrial property, installs the order and procedure of disposal of legal proceeding originating from administrative and legal relations and provides the responsibility for violation the rights and protected interests of the subjects of the industrial property rights, and also offers the establishment of Patent court of Ukraine.
