Yakymchuk N. The legal regulation of expenditures on science in Ukraine.

The dissertation contains the analysis of peculiarities of the legal regulation of science expenditures from the various monetary funds and the place of the State budget among of them during the transition to free-market economy; the legal baselines of determination of volume of the science expenditures, the problems of its legal fixation are explored; the methods of distribution of the state monetary funds and the place of the financing method among of them are analyzed and theoretically determined; the bases of legal regulation of the mechanism of the financing of science expenditures, the regimens of financing and the forms of granting allocations are analyzed; the types of estimate-budgetary and treaty financing of science are considered; the analysis of the system of sources of the financing of scientific and technical activity is carried out; the legislation currently in force is analyzed, it was elaborated the suggestions on its development, on improvement of legal status and the circle of the e ntities of scientific and technical sphere, on the supplement of the the existing methods of the distribution of the state monetary funds on science and the development of methods and the forms of their financing.
