Malyarenko V. Realization of the Fundamental Constitutional Rpincipies of Judical Proceedings in Criminal Procedure Legislation of Ukraine.

Problems connected to realization of the main constitutional beginnings of legal proceedings in the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. To formulate the proposals on improvement of the criminal procedural legislation and to produce the practical recommendations directed on increase to efficiency of criminal legal proceedings. Methods of a research are materialistical and dialectical, historical and legal, comparatively legal, structural and logic, sociological, statistical method. For the first time in a domestic science the problems of each from the main beginnings of legal proceedings in criminal process are considered system and completely with allowance for the Constitutions both introduced lately modifications and additions in the criminal procedural legislation. The conclusions are formulated in a thesis and the recommendations can be used for want of improvement of the criminal procedural legislation, during of development new criminal procedure code and other laws, in the decrees of S upreme Court of Ukraine, in practical activity for want of fulfillment of justice by courts, and also in educational process and research work. The improvement of the criminal procedural legislation, reduction it in the correspondence with international norms and Constitution of the state is planned. The sphere of use is law-making, research activity, educational process.
