The profitibility management system of universal commercial bank during the transforming period. The methodological basis and practical recommendations on the profitability management system are worked out and substantiated.Methods of researchihg are economic analysis; statistic methods are: factorial, indexed, grouping; taxonometric. The criteria of the bank profitability forming optimization are worked out.The practical meaning is characterized by suggested model of correspondent account management implemented in the bank "Ukraine" and it can be used in the banking system.
