Essay

Research the iron ore hydro-separation process with low-level magnetic fields utilisation. Offered magnetic systems are based on ferrobarite cells of constant magnets, and look like extended constructions inculcated into hydro-separator's body. Math.models were made, and calcul. of volume magn.field structures, having various geometry and magn. orientation of cells, were made. Dependence of hydrosep. technolog. charact. on magn. systems charact. was examined. Single-polar magnetic orientation of the cells was offered. New technology, based on magnetic hydrosep.without magnetic separation of 1st stage was created. This technology was tested at OAO "Poltavsky GOK". The real economical effect was proved.
