Evolution scenery from oscillation to chaotic states in nonstationary bipolar carriers systems in semiconductor with drift instability has been determined. New types of strange attractors have been discovered in stationar and nonstationar bipolar semiconductor systems. Abrupt changes from ordered to chaotic states are found to be peculiar for electron system in n-GaAs under Gunn's effect. Proposed new trajectory tracing method for investigation of topology of system phase portrait.
