219 patients (107 - malignant lymphomas, 112 - gastric cfncer). The dissertation is devoted to promotion of effectiveness of diagnostics malignants lymph nodes of abdomen cavity with using complex of ultrasonography and computed tomography. Ultrasound investigation, X-ray computed tomography, morphological methods. Ultrasound "Аloka SSD"-1100, 500 (Japan), X-ray computed tomograph "Somatom CR" Siemens (Germany). Because of obtained outcomes ultrasonic (US) and computed tomography, in comparison to the data pathomorphology researches LN is investigated CT- and US-semiology of defeats abdominal and retroperitoneal space LN in ML and metastatic LN GC. The criterions of a diagnostic limit of visualization hit LN below than diaphragm at the ML and metastatic GC patients are revealed. The capabilities of ultrasonography method and expediency of use in dynamic observation over the patients with ML are during investigated chemo- radiotherapy.
