The dissertation is devoted to promotion of effectiveness of diagnostics and monitoring of breast cancer neoadjuvant therapy with the usage of complex ultrasound investigation including traditional ultrasound, color and energetic Doppler ultrasonography and 3-D reconstruction vessels map of pathological formation of breast and lymph nodes. The results of ultrasound and morphological investigation (index of damage and volume part of vitality tumors tissues) were compared that proved the objectivity of complex ultrasound investigation use for valuation of efficiency of breast cancer neoadjuvant therapy was proved. High effectiveness of complex ultrasound investigation in differential diagnostics of breast pathological formations was proved.
