Madzhumder U. Reactions of alkanes, halogenalkanes and aromatic. carboxylic acids with systems SF4 - HF - halogenting аgent

Reasearch Object: Reaction of alkanes, halogenalkanes and aromatic carboxyl acids with system SF4 - HF - halogenating agent. Research aim: To study principles of reactions of sulfur tetrafluoride in anhydrous hydrogen fluoride in presence of halogenating agents with different classes of organic compounds. Methods and Devices: chemical, physico-chemical, NMR and gas-liquid chromatography. Theoretical results and novelity: scope for using system SF4 - HF - halogenating agent in halogenation and halofluorination of organic compounds has been shown. Practical results and their's significance: simple methods for the preparation of fluoroalkanes, halogenbenzols, new anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs are designed. Inculcation degree: publ ications, reports in conferences and symposium. Usage in Ukrainian Research Institutes. Effectiveness: enhancement of analgesic action of described new drugs. Sphere of usage: organic chemistry and p harmacy.
