The dissertation analyses the place and the role of the State Control and Audit Service in the system of tire control bodies of Ukraine and the forms and methods of its activity. The courses of its perfecting are proposed. Special attention was given to jurisdictional power of this service and to the methods of its preventing activity. There are recommendations to the perfecting of the juristic status of the State Control and Audit Service and to the reforming of the Administrative Law.
