The work is dedicated to the elaboration of the complex system for early anemia of prematurity prophylaxis based on the study of peculiarities it's clinical course, assesment of the trace elements serum levels, and study of the red cells ultrastructure. It was established that premature babies were deficient in iron, copper, cobalt, and manganese. Hypoferrumia, hypocopperemia, and hypocobaltemia characterized the course of early anemia of prematurity.Based on the data obtained the new method for early anemia of prematurity prophylaxis was elaborated and reduce frequency of early anemia and less severity course.
