Essay

It is defended 4 scientific works, which contain theoretical researches inertia precipitation in whirlwind dustcatching machines depending on initial dust concentration and its dispersion, and also the results of experimental researches. It was determined the unknown influence of slope angle of the second gas nozzles and blades of eddy-machines, and also ratio of second gas (air) to the first one on the increasing of dustcatching efficiency. It has realized the industrial adoption of whirlwind dustcatching machines with the slope angle of second gas nozzles 25-27o, blades of eddy-machines 45o and ratio of second gas to the first one 0,6 in the shop of finished products. Introduction of whirlwind dustcatching machines allowed to normalize labour conditions by dust factor in the shop of finished product and to decide the resourcesaving problem by repeated using of catched cement dust in manufacturing. Annual economic effect from this production is US $ 13150. Key words: whirlwind dustcatching machine, se cond gas, dustgathering device, thindispersional dust, dustcatching efficiency.
