Grinding bodies of boll mills of high strength having diameter 80...100 mm. Development of alloy composition fnd tehnology of production of cast grinding bodies. Standard methods of metallographic investigations and investigations of physical and mechanical properties of metalls. Special methods of investigations of impact resistance and impact-abrasion wear-resistance of bolls. Usage of active experiment planning method and mathematical methods of treatment of experimental results. There are reliability and long life criteria established of cast grinding bolls; relationships established, describing influence of chemical composition, vibration and centrifugal forces on structure and properties of cast grinding bolls. Composition ИЧ280Х15Г4Т is developed, as well as technology of production of high-quality grinding bolls. Recommendetions are developed for redaction to practice of work results in Ukrainian industry. Sphere of usage: mining, metallurgical, energetical and other branches of Ukrainian indus try.
