Krotyuk V. The legal status of the National Bank ofUkraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of the legal status of the National Bank of Ukraine. It provides a thorough analysis of constitutional and legal principles for formation and activity of the National Bank of Ukraine, its framework, managment bodies, role and place in the system of public bodies. The research covers the problems of major functions of the National Bank of Ukraine and legal basis related to realization of its authorities in the process of commercial banks incorporation, granting them licences and credits, as well as supervising their activity. Scientific conclusions and proposals were made in respect to improvement of banking legislation, framework and activity of the National Bank of Ukraine.
