The dissertation is devoted to a complex investigation of the influence of great doses of ?-quanta and bast neutron irradiation on the electrical, optical and photoelectric properties of specially unalloyed CdSb monocrystals. The influence of the structural defects in the CdSb irradiated by neutrons upon the specimens' surface state is established. The burning of the radiation-induced defects is also examined. It is proved that the defects responsible for conductivity at T=77K are being burnt at a wide temperature interval (up to 1300C), the centres with the EC-0,16eV level start to be burnt at t=800C.
