Essay

In the dissertation the optical spectra and features of J-aggregates amfiphilic molecules formation and destruction are investigated. The interrelation of the exiton absorption band form with the energy and topological disorder in the J-aggregates molecular chain is established. The complex structure of the J-aggregate low-temperature luminescence is shown. It is formed by both free and self-trapped exiton luminescence. The exiton self-trapping barrier decreasing in J-aggregates with stronger topological disorder is found out. The microscopic model of the J-aggregates organization is given which allowed to explain consistently observed features of the exiton optical dynamics in J-aggregate with strong energy and topological disorder.
