The dissertation is devoted to development of information technology of modeling WAN, allowing to define a set technical and software for its construction, both at a stage of primary designing, and at realization of modernization of an existing network. For the decision of the given task in frameworks dissertation of work were developed: a technique of construction, parameters and numerical analysis structural - information models WAN; a technique of construction, parameters and account of mathematical models for LAN with the casual and determined method of access; system of modeling of the probability-temporary characteristics of functioning WAN and techniques of its use on various design stages.
