Polishchuk V. Administrative and law regulation practice of the realization of mass-arrangement.

A research Object - public relations, existing in internal affairs bodies, wick are used for protection of the public order in conditions of mass-arrangements realization. The Aim of the research is complex theoretical analysis of law using organs acts-actions of internal affairs organizations. The Methods which have been used in this theses are general-scientific and special (law-comparative, statistic, of documentary analysis and oth).Theoretical significance is based, on foundation of principally new approach to research, scientific categories and notions, which can be used as a methodological base during further investigation of problems organization and realization of mass-arrangements in Ukraine. Practical significance is in possibility of using of the results of scientific research recommendations on perfection of administrative legislation, which regulates the order of organization and realization of mass-arrangements in Ukraine and during the preparation of specialists organs. Scientific novel ty lies in general in working out of complex theoretical model of law using act-action. The thesis is devoted to the problems of administrative law rules of organization of conduction of mass-arrangement in Ukraine Inculcation - the recommendations are worked out for usage in practical activity of organs of internal affairs. The Sphere of usage - educational process and scientific activity in higher law educational establishments,existing in internal affairs bodies, wick are used for protection of the public order in conditions of mass-arrangements realization.
