Proposed are methods of raw material purification, growth of crystals using the phenomenon of oriented melt crystallization. It has been found that superposition of electrostatic field of electronoacceptor admixtures on intermolecular interactions in the melt allows to control the crystallization process. Its thermodynamic model is proposed. Methods of crystal growth and fabrication of detectors on their base are improved. Degree of practical application.
