The object of studying: organizational systems document circulation (DC). The purpose: development of organizational systems DC creation and support automation models and algorithms wish self-organization elements. The methods of investigations: theoretic-cathegorial apparatous. The theoretical results: theoretical-cathegorial DC and his elements models are developed; cathegorial models of DC models mapping process to supports kinds models; formalized reprezentation of DC automation purposes are determined; new document generating, document re-structuring and document eliminating from circulation models and algorithms are developed. The practice results: models and algorithms realization as DC creation and support automation system elements. Novently: developing models and algorithms allow to advance DC efficacy for score the hand-operation work part decrease and utilizing documents quantity reduction. The degree of incultation: the "Uniform document" automation system elements which developed by Khark ov institute of Ukrainian MAF aviators. The bield of use: organizational systems with administration managerial control.
