Object of research: 385 patients with breast cancer. The purpose of research is improving direct and distant results of treatment for breast cancer by useing organ safety surgical interference methods and taking into consideration the predictional factors and adjuvant methods of influence. Methods of research and apparatus are clinical, roentgenological, histological. Theoretical results and novelty: For the first time showing of organ safety treatment for breast cancer have been elaborated and substantioned, taking into account the «tumor size / breast site» correlation, histological structure, localization, menstrual function states.
