Essay

The role of the main acting factors of plate orthodontic apparatus for correction of malocclusion in children of 7-12 years old was investigated. It was revealed that the main factors stimulating oral cavity mucjus membrane are the following: bacterial, tocsico-chemical, hyperthermic and mechanic which act very often in combination. Pathogenesis of oral cavity inflammatory changes in case of orthodontic correction was defined more precisely. 54 patients with inflammatory-allergic stomatitis underwent etiotropic and pathogenetic treatment; at the same time medical complex of A-bacterin and bishofit locally together with hyposensitizing and stimulating agents inside have high therapevtic results.
