Dolyns'ka M. Legal principles of creation and activity of peasant (farmer) economies in Ukraine .

Dissertation characterizes farmer movement in Ukraine, as result of agrarian reform; considers a legislative regulation of new subject of agrarian relations of peasant (farmer) economy, research its specific juridical features and gives a determination of these economies; shows up their distinction from other agrarian subjects; in detail analyses a creation order of peasant (farmer) economy; which appropriate peculiarities interlink with legal principles of pasant (farmer) economies; underlines a special role of land relations in these processes; shows the order of their termination. The suggestions and recommendations on perfection of operating legislation, with respect to peasant (farmer) economies are given.
