Dissertation is devoted to the problems of a high frequency of cardio-vascular disturbances in school-age- children with recurrent bronchitis and bronchial asthma in the period of remission. Characteristics of clinical-functional state of cardio-vascular system at rest and on loading is given. Clinical-instrumental criteria and differential-diagnostic tables to determine the levels of adaptation possibility of cardio-vascular system in children with recurrent bronchitis and bronchial asthma are worked out. A complex of treatment and prophylactic measures to increase the level of adaptation reserves of cardio-vascular system against a backgraund of main disease basic therapy and its efficacy in the examined contingent is given.
