The object of studying: organizational systems with administration managerial control. The purpose: development of the approaches for increase effect of functioning of organizational systems. The methods of investigations: numerical methods of the decision optimisation of tasks. The theoretical results: the approach to the control and analysis of a condition of organizational systems is developed; the approach to the decision of a task of maintenance of serviceability of system and increase of speed of its(her) work is developed.
