Gordiyenko K. Irradiate methods in determination of stage of renal malignant tumours and early diagnostics Wilms tumour(s recurrences.

There were 109 patients in the project: 58 adult with renal - cell carcinoma, 32 children with nephroblastoma and 19 children with recurrence of Willms tumour. US: "Aloka-SSD1100" (Japan), CT: "Somatom HQ" Simens(Germany), MRI: "BRUKER" R-23 (Germany), "Toshiba" (Japan). Thesis presented deal with increasing of effectiveness of pre - surgical diagnostics of renal malignant tumours as a result of determination of stage and early diagnostics of Willms tumour's recurrences on the basis of modern irradiate methods. Our results have proved that ultrasound method could be successfully used in search of primary tumours. Our data proved necessity of using of booth CT and MRI benign in mind that besides of high accuracy of both methods in stage determination and search of Willms tumours recurrences. Scientifically proved algorithms for determination of disease stage and screen of recurrence of nephroblastoma was developed on the basis of our investigation.
