Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of a rapid test method of bacteriological diagnosis of mastites having staphylococcal etiology. This method is based on the use of a low temperature pretreatment of nutrient media. The application of the method resulted in a shorter period of identification and determination of staphylococcal sensivity to antibiotics (21-27 hours).
