Filipova O. Optimization of the treatment of the duodenal ulcer related to Helicobacter pylori persistence

The dissertation covers the issues related to the cases of uncomplicated duodenal ulcer asociated with Helicobacter pylori by means of comparative study of three antihelicobacteric schemes of treatment and development of a new method of the immune correction. The dissertation shows the interrelation between the status of acid-forming gastric function, the length of the disease development and progress and the immune system data, there are patterns of the immune system defects demonstrated with the need to conduct immune correction on the background of antihelicobacteric treatment. For the first time, the study was conducted on the effect the hyperplasia of gastrine-producing cells has on the clinical development of the duodenal ulcer under the circumstances of toxigenic influence of Helicobacter pylori. The research presents for the first time a rather effective, mostly safe and affordable in pricing for the majority of the patients scheme that includes short-term, low-dosage application in the treatme nt of the duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori with the medications of Ukrainian origin
