Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of working time and changes its normal duration. Much attention is paid to regulation of changes in normal duration of working time by individual and collective agreements in conditions of market economy, i.e., non-fixed and not full-time working day, holding more than one job, overtime work and duties. Conclusions have been drawn and proposals have been made on the improvement of the current legistation which regulates working time and procedures for making changes in its normal duration.
