Borysenko I. The method of investigation of murders with a partition of dead body.

The subject is mutual relations during the activity of law enforcement authorities (previous investigation and operation investigation) on investigation of murders with dismemberment of dead body, and their practical activity as well. The aim is to work up criminalistic murder investigation methods with dismemberment of dead body. The research methods are common scientific and other universal methods such as logical, statistic, questionnaire and interviewing. Except mentioned above methods - the methods of concretely-sociological researches - the study of criminal businesses, supervision, detentions analysis of judicially-medical experts have been used. For the first time in Ukraine complex approach to elaboration of this crime category was realized on the basis of the main criminalistic theoretical regulations and investigation methods, analysis of contemporary murders investigation practice with dismemberment of dead body. Theoretical regulations formulated in dissertation and inferences create a basis for further elaboration of separate murders investigation methods and directed on improvement of general criminalistic theory. Theoretical and methodical recommendations and suggestions, being contained in work, can be used in practical activity of investigatory and expert organs, educational process of legal Ukraine institutes of higher, near textbooks elaboration, and also educationally-methodical literature. The monograph publishment and educational supply is being planned to issue. The sphere of using is law criative activity, research activity, educational process.
