The ultrastructural and morphometric analisis of neutrophilic granulocytes sistem by determination morphofunctional insufficiency and its degres, permits to connect structural changes in cells with the level of oxydant activity of blood and has hаrd tie with clinical course of the disease. It's established that the first degree of morphofunctional insufficiency is typical for donors and patients with lymphedema, the second degree - for patients with chronic local inflammation, the third degree - for patients with septic-purulent complications.
