Object - The patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Aim - to increased the efficacy of treatment of patients with AMI due to further individualization of therapeutic measures and more extensive clinical application of mathematical prognostication results. Methods: electrocardiography, echocardioscopy. There is established that using the prognostication models of short- and long-term outcome of disease and new schemes of medical therapy of AMI increase the effectiveness of treatment patients with AMI.
