The dissertation is devoted to the question of theoretical modeling of methodological conception of state regulation on of the AIC activity on regional level as the alternative of the general state management of this activity; to working and practical recommendations for improving of processes of regular state bodies influencing on objects of the regional AIC; to problem questions of forming and farmer improvement of national branch of legislation. It is defined the state management of regulations in AIC sphere as a complex logically - legal system. The dissertation offers new attitudes to a matter loading of functional characteristics of the representative administrative bodies.
