Technology of reconstruction and hardening of agricultural machines details. Increasing of durability of reconstructed machine details by means of the gaz-powder surfacing of the composition ceramic-metallic coverings. Method of the theory of probability, mathematical statistics method, method of modeling and method of hydrodinamical processes. Modern measuring instruments and computers.The theoretical analysis of separate stages of the gaz-powder surfacing of the coverings from mechanical mixture of metallic and ceramic powders has been conducted. Equalizations for calculations of the speed of flight and the temperature of particle surface along the powdering distance and also the speeds of powder particle intrusion into the fusion bath have been received. Experimental researches of the process of gaz-powder surfacing of composition coverings obtained on the basis of self-gumboil powder with the base of a ferric and carbide chromium, study of their structure and properties have shown the increasead du rability coverings in comparison with traditional materials. Optimum structure of the mechanical mixture for gaz-powder surfacing of wear-capable surfaces in the conditions of abrasive wear has been defined. Designed technology is taken in application in Ulianovsk RTP Kirovograd region. The sphere of application is reconstruction of agricultural machines details.
