Know-how of hardening(strengthening) and recovery of parts of agricultural engineering. Increase ofdurability(longevity) of essential parts of agricultural engineering at their recovery by a laser surfacing. The analytical investigations are founded on thermal model of interplay of a laser radiation with materials at their surfacing, idealized definition of behavior of a dust at motion in a flow of a laser radiation. For research of process of a laser surfacing such methods were selected: the metallographic analysis, durometrition of measurement, x-ray phase analysis, x-ray spectral analysis Novelty of an intrusion: the idealized substantiation of methods of a laser surfacing of powder mixes(mixtures) is given; influencing dynamic parameters is studied at haul of dusts in a zone of a laser surfacing; the analytical relations for calculation of technological parameters of process of a laser surfacing are established; are designed a bench and technique of realization of accelerated bench tests. The know- how of hardening(strengthening) is designed and recovery of parts of agricultural engineering are inserted on a number(series) of firms of Ukraine. Orb of usage are industrial and repair production.
