Essay

Subjects of investigation are corrosion proof binded compositions and concretes. The aim of the work is increasing of their waterproof properties without decreasing of acid presistent. The methods of investigations are: infrared spectroskopy, X-ray phases analises, definition of mechanical and hydrophysical characteristics of materials. Thermodinamical calculations and physical-chemical investigations indicate,that in conditions of intradiction of slage minerals into system "silicate of sodium-flintftoride of sodium" the hydroalumosilicate of solium and ftoride of calcium are formed.Substitution the part of acid-persistent filling by blast furnace slag increase waterproof abilities of binder without reducing of acid firmness. Nature tests of long duration show that created concretes has high firmness in conditions of high agressive environment of town severage collector. Concretes and mastics compositions have been created. Technological reglament of making concrete pipes by the means of axial coati ng pressure have been elaborated. The sphear of using of this invention are the plants of reinforced concretes as well as buillding of new severage collectors and reparing of acting ones.
