Essay

The main objects of the investigation are the basic factors that detemine the precision? level and effeciency of the input power usage in interelectrode interval for electro discharge wire cutting. The main aim of the in vestigation is the productivity and precision rising of the dimension electric discharge machine of the cutting numerically controlled programmed machine tools. The methodics of investigation are the experimental measuring of physical and technological parameters of the electro discharge wire-cutting, the physical and mathematical methodics of mechanical and heat mode ling. The theoretical results are the following: the mode ling and calculating methodics for the optimal of cutting regimes. The practical results are: the programs for the computers automatically design of the technological process (CAD EDM TP), the technical demands and scientifically based recommendation for the machine tools units design. The improved machine tools and CAD EDM TP systems are use at the company "Fort" (Vinnitsya city, Ukraine), "Hatran Electro- nics" (Krakiv city, Poland) etc.
