Subject of research - iron powders, technology of production.The aim of research - investigation of scientific basis of technology of production of an iron powder by the method of the combined reduction.The research methods and equipment - the simulation, research of properties of iron powders, experiments in laboratory and plant conditions. Theoretical results and novelty - the kinetics and mechanism of reduction rolling scale by disperse pig iron in a hydrogen atmosphere are investigated. Practical results and novelty - the optimum parameters of process of reduction are determined (Patent of Ukraine №17355 A 15.04.97). Degree of introduction - the technology is approbated on the powder plant (t. Brovary). A branch of application - powders metallurgy and motor industry.
