106 young patients arterial hypertension and 111 their parents are surveyed with the purpose of study of influence of the factors of a heredity, family environment and external influences on occurrence arterial hypertension with the help clinical, tool researches and psychological testing. The morphological myocardial indices, hemodynamical status, some psychological peculiarities in young hypertensives and their parents have been studied. It is established that blood pressure rise in young hypertensives is normally accompanied with general peripheric vascular resistance rise. It is demonstrated that in patients with the developed disease the myocardial mass index rises. It is registered the progressive reduction of tolerance to physical load and deterioration of physical state of the patients. Study of psychological peculiarities of young hypertensives and their parents showed that patients with non-familial form of essential hypertension have raised anxiety and compensation intensity, high level of n eurotism, social adaptation degree reduction. Young patients and their parents with familial hypertension possess specific inclination to introversion. The obtained data are introduced into practice of establishments of public health services in the field of a cardiology and therapy.
