Object of investigations: Yttrium-iron garnet. Aim of investigation: The influence of the ion implantation on the crystalline and magnetic structure. Methods: Monte-Carlo method, conversion electron mossbauer spectroscopy, secondary ion mas-spectrometry. Results: Calculation of the characteristic values for the ion implantation process in the manycomponent targets on the base of the energetic characteristics. Introduction: Used in Lviv scientific-research radiotechnic institute for the parameter calculation of the surface implanted layer. Applications: Science of materials, the undertakings of the radioindustry.
