Object of research: a material 298 patients with the clinical diagnoses disbiosis and others disfunction and 67 patients with burn disegs. The purpose of research: perfection of the microbiological methodical approaches to an estimation of a condition ofintestine microbiocenosis and development of the circuits of increase effectiveness of use eubiotic of preparations. Methods of research and equipment: microbiological, microscopic. Theoretical and practical results: microbiological diagnostics of intestine disbiosis is advanced; the opportunity of increase of biological activity eubiotics for effective correction disbiosis is certain (determined). Scientific novelty: the prevalence Enterobacter spp among UPE, causing disbiosis is certain (determined). The algorithm of an estimation of biochemical activity of microorganisms is developed. The opportunity of increase of biological activity eubiotics is shown. A degree of introduction: the materials of the dissertation are introduced into pedagogical proce ss of faculty microbiologycal KMAPE and in practice of work of bacteriological laboratories.
