Zolotarenko R. The neurosogenesis of neurotic disorders (the factors, mechanisms, treatment)

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the peculiaritis of neurosogenesis of neurotic disorders under the complex influense of social, psychological, constitutional, biological factors. Concrete role of different factors (the intensity of actual individual psychic trauma, the age of first neurotic decompensation, the common number of neurotic deconpensations, the prevalence of psychological profile type, the peculiaritis of individual biological predisposition, the level of activation of lipid peroxidation processes) in forming of the leading neurotic syndrome was determined. The aplication of enterosorbtion method in complex treatment of neurotic disorders was tested. High efficiency of the given method on "Sillard P" model, in comparison with traditional therapy, is proved.
