Essay

The thesis is devoted to legal problems of ecological danger level decrease by economic subjects. This research emphasises the social aspect of such notion as ecological safety. A seven - grade scale of danger level as well as a notion of internal and external danger have been introduced in it. It grounds the structure of ecological and economic legislation improvement feasibility. As a result of the analysis of legislation regulating ecological safety and practical activity of Power plans, Metallurgical and Mining enterprises and Transport as well some legal measures to decrease their ecological danger level have been proposed.
