The dissertation deals with study of the role of humoral disturbances in the vascular endothelium in acute myocardial infarction and assessment of clinical efficacy of their correction by angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. The criteria of acute myocardial infarction individual therapy efficiency have been designed and scientifically substantiated.
