Cheshenko V. Contact colour thermography and immunoenzymatic analysis in general diagnosis of tumor spread in abdomen

Object of research: 270 patient with stomach, colon and liver-pancreas-duo- denal area cancer. The purpose of research: The objective is to develop the methods of combi- ned application of CCT and IFA in assessing tumor spread with the purpose of optimizing tumor diagnosis of the abdomen and effecting after-surgery supervision. Methods of research: clinical, instrumental, CCT, IFA, hystological. Theoretical results and novelty: For the first time the informativeness of the combined application of CCTand IFA in diagnosis of abdomen cancer patients, treatment efficacy estimation and monitoring were researched. A rational ther- mogram analysis scheme was developed. Practical results and novelty: The combinedapplication of CCT and IFA allows to improve the informativeness of the complex examination of the abdomen cancer patients. The algorithm of their application was developed for treat- ment efficacy estimation with the purpose of timely relapse and metastases identification.
